April 2026 LanoTech was on stage at the World's Poultry Science Association conference, represented by Salvatore Galgano. 

Sal showcased exciting results from LanoTech Ltd’s world-first live lanolin-based feed trials. Chickens can and do eat lanolin! 

The trial compared chickens eating a new lanolin-based diet against a traditional soy-based diet. The chickens on the lanolin-based diet matched their competitors on well-being and performance. 

SRUC Edinburgh facilitated the trials, supported by the Llywodraeth Cymru / Welsh Government Centre for Excellence.
